Sit the capacitor at 40±2°C and relative humidity 90 to 95%
for 500+24/-0h. Remove and let sit for 24±2h at room
condition*, then measure.

the AC4000V(r.m.s.) 60s then placed at room condition* for
24±2h berore initial measurements.

condition*, then measure.
