The µPD78P328 is a product provided by replacing the µPD75328's internal mask ROM with one-time PROM or EPROM. The one-time PROM version is programmable only once and is useful for small-lot production of many different products and early development and time-to-market of application sets. The EPROM version is reprogrammable, and suited for the evaluation of systems.
