DESCRIPTION
The µPD78324 is a 16/8-bit single-chip microcontroller that incorporates a high-performance 16-bit CPU. The µPD78324 is one of 78K/III series. The internal capacity is significantly increased compared with the conventional µPD78322.
A realtime pulse unit for realtime pulse control required in motor control, an A/D converter, a ROM, and a RAM have been integrated into one chip.
The µPD78324 incorporates 32K-byte mask ROM and 1024-byte RAM.
The µPD78323 is a ROM-less version of the µPD78324. Also, It is provided the µPD78P324 as an on-chip PROM product.
