DESCRIPTION
The SP6120HV is a fixed frequency, voltage mode, synchronous PWM controller designed to work from a single 12V, 5V or 3.3V input supply. Sipexs unique "AnyFETTM" Technology allows the SP6120HV to be used for resolving a multitude of price/performance trade-offs. It is separated from the PWM controller market by being the first controller to offer precision, speed, flexibility, protection and efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions.
