Overview
   This chip is used for energy display of energy meter and can be used with LCD to replace traditional electronic-mechanical counter.

➢ External EEPROM clearing (clear EEPROM to 0 after calibrating the energy meter)

➢ 8 kinds of meter constants are optional
➢ Oscillation mode: built-in RC oscillation, typical oscillation frequency is 1MHz
➢ The maximum frequency of CF counting pulse is 30Hz, high level pulse width>15mS
