INTRODUCTION
The ST10F167 is a flash derivative of the SGS-THOMSON ST10 family of full featured single-chip CMOS microcontrollers. It combines high CPU performance with high peripheral functionality and enhanced IO-capabilities. It also provides on-chip high-speed RAM and clock generation via PLL.
