Sirenza Microdevices’ SHF-0186K is a high performance AlGaAs/GaAs Heterostructure FET (HFET) housed in a low cost surface-mount plastic package. The HFET technology improves breakdown voltage while minimizing Schottky leakage current resulting in higher PAE and improved linearity.
