DESCRIPTION
The 7630 group is a single chip 8-bit microcomputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology.
Being equipped with a CAN (Controller Area Network) module circuit, the microcomputer is suited to drive automotive equipments.
The CAN module complies with CAN specification version 2.0, part B and allows priority-based message management. In addition to the microcomputers simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM and I/O addresses are placed in the same memory map to enable easy programming.
The built-in ROM is available as mask ROM or One Time PROM.
For development purposes, emulator- and EPROM-type microcomputers are available as well.
