The CA3002 integrated-circuit IF amplifier is a balanced differential amplifier that can be used with either a single-ended or a push-pull input and can provide either a direct-coupled or a capacitance-coupled single-ended output. Its applications include RC-coupled IF amplifiers that use the interanl silicon output-coupling capacitor, envelope detectors, product detectors, and various trigger circuits.
