GENERAL DESCRIPTION
   The Am2965 and Am2966 are designed and specified to drive the capacitive input characteristics of the address and control lines of MOS dynamic RAM. The low output drivers unique design includes a collector resistor to control undershoot during the HIGH to LOW transition. The upper output driver is designed to pull down to VCC-1.15V and have a controlled fall time and symmetrical rise time for the lower output to be compatible with MOS memory. This allows you to optimize dynamic RAM performance.
