2.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings

Table 2 lists the maximum operating conditions for the 73S8010R. Permanent device damage may occur

if absolute maximum ratings are exceeded. Exposure to the extremes of the absolute maximum rating for

extended periods may affect device reliability.
