LUMINANCE PROCESSING

The luminance, Y, are interpolated to 27 Mhz sampling rate through a multi-tap linear poly-phase filter. The filter

frequency response is flat from 0 to 5 MHz. Contrast and Brightness control are provided for minor adjustment

only.
