DESCRIPTION
   The TC58FVT004/B004 is a 4,194,304-bit, 3.0V only electrically erasable, programmable flash memory, organized into 524,288 words × 8 bits. The TC58FVT004/B004 has read, program, and erase operation instructions to easily interface with microprocessors. The commands are based on JEDEC standards. Program and erase operations are executed automatically on the chip. The device has Chip, Block and Multi-block erase capability.
   The TC58FVT004/B004 are available in a 40-pin TSOP package to fit a variety of designs applications.
