Description
The M64894 is a semiconductor integrated circuit consisting of PLL frequency synthesizer for TV/VCR using I2C BUS control. It contains the prescaler with operating up to 1.3 GHz. 4 band drivers and tuning amplifier for direct tuning. Built-in 4 band drivers.
