Description
The M48T128Y TIMEKEEPER® RAM is a 128 Kb x 8 non-volatile static RAM and real-time clock. The special DIP package provides a fully integrated battery-backed memory and realtime clock solution. The M48T128Y directly replaces industry standard 128 Kb x 8 SRAM.
