Product Description
The KP253 is a miniaturized Digital Barometric Air Pressure Sensor IC based on a capacitive principle. It is surface micromachined with a monolithic integrated signal conditioning circuit implemented in BiCMOS technology.
The sensor converts a pressure into a 12-bit digital value and sends the information via the SPI interface. In addition, a temperature sensor is integrated on chip. Based on the received SPI command, the 12-bit temperature information will be transmitted via the SPI interface.
