Xicor -> Intersil
DESCRIPTION
The X24257 is a CMOS Serial EEPROM, internally organized 32K x 8. The device features a serial inter face and software protocol allowing operation on a simple two wire bus.
Three device select inputs (S0–S1) allow up to four devices to share a common two wire bus.
