• Glass passivated diode chips
• Excellent power/volume ratio
• Nickel plated terminals solderable using lead (Pb)-free
   solder; Solder Alloy Sn/Ag/Cu (SAC305); Solder
   temperature 260 °C to 275 °C
• Wire lead version available
