DESCRIPTION
NECs UPC2798GR is a Silicon MMIC Downconverter manufactured with the NESAT™III silicon bipolar process. This product consists of an input AGC amplifier, mixer, local oscillator, and video amplifier. It is housed in a small 20 pin SSOP package. The device is designed for use as an IF downconverter for digital CATV settops and cable modems utilizing QAM modulation.
