1700-2700 MHz 5 Watt Linear Power Amplifiers FOR LAB & WIDEBAND APPLICATIONS

The SM1727-37 and SM1727-37H are solid state GaAs amplifiers designed for multi-purpose use in the wireless markets. With 1 GHz of bandwidth, these small amplifiers can be used in DCS1800, ISM, WLL, PCS and MMDS applications. These units operate over a frequency range of 1700-2700 MHz, the 1 dB compression point is +37 dBm, and the output third order intercept point is +51 dBm. Of the two versions available, the -37 has 20 dB of linear gain, and the -37H has 33 dB of linear gain. The gain flatness over the full frequency band is just ± 0.35 dB.
