Description
The NC7SZ126 is single buffer w ith three-State output from ON Semiconductor’s Ultra-High Speed (UHS) series of TinyLogic®. The device is fabricated w ith advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed w ith high output drive w hile maintaining low static pow er dissipation over a broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operating range.
