Description
   The NC7SZ125 is a single buffer w ith three-state output from ON Semiconductor's Ultra-High Speed (UHS) of TinyLogic®. The device is fabricated w ith advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed w ith high output drive w hile maintaining low static pow er dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V range.
