This advanced technology is tailored to minimize conduction loss, provide superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rate and higher avalanche energy. Consequently, SUPERFET II MOSFET is suitable for various AC/DC power conversion for system miniaturization and higher efficiency.
