Central Semiconductor’s CMLM0575 (N-Channel + Diode) and CMLM0585 (P-Channel + Diode) Multi Discrete Modules™ consist of a single Enhancement Mode MOSFET and a low VF high current Schottky diode in the space saving SOT-563 package. These devices are designed for space constrained applications where size and energy efficiency are key requirements.
