STLC5412
ESD - The SGS-THOMSON Internal Quality Standards set a target of 2 KV that each pin of the devic e should withstand in a series of tests
based on the Human Body Model (MIL-STD 883 Method 3015): with C = 100pF; R = 1500Ω and performing 3 pulses for each pin versus VCC
and GND.
Device characterization showed that, in front of the SGS-THOMSON Internaly Quality Standards, all pins of STLC5412 withstand at least
2000V.
The above points are not expected to represent a pratical limit for the correct device utilization nor for its reliability in the field. Nonetheless
they must be mentionned in connection with the applicability of the different SURE 6 requirements to STLC5412.
