SM8013
DESCRIPTION
The SM8013 is a current-mode PWM
off-line primary controller. Its gate is connected
to the gate of an external MOSFET for power
switch control and it offers lower start-up
current and operating current, and so assumes
low standby power and high efficiency. The
SM8013 also offers over-current protection,
over-load protection and VDD over-voltage
protection.
