GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AD7938-6 is a 12-bit high speed,low power,successive approximation (SAR) ADC.The partoperates froma single 2.7 V to5.25 V power supplyand features throughputrates up to 625 kSPS.The partcontains a low noise, wide bandwidth, differentialtrack-and-hold amplifierthatcan handle input frequencies upto 50 MHz.
