General Description
   The RT5028E is a highly-integrated low-power high-performance analog SOC with PMIC in one single chip designed for industrial applications.
   The RT5028E includes four synchronous step-down DCDC converters and eight LDOs for system power.
   The RT5028E also embeds one EEPROM (MTP) for setting sequence and timing etc.
   Additionally, the RT5028E PMIC also includes one IRQ report.
