Description
The 74LVC245A is an octal transceiver designed for asynchronous communication between data buses. The device transmits data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending on the logic level at the direction-control (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) pin can be used to disable the device so the buses effectively are isolated.
Features
• Supply Voltage Range from 1.65V to 3.6V
• Sinks or Sources 24ma at VCC = 3V
• CMOS Low Power Consumption
• IOFF Supports Partial Power Down Operation
• Inputs or Outputs Accept Up to 5.5V
• Inputs Can Be Driven by 3.3V or 5V Allowing for Mixed Voltage
