The NL37WZ14 is a high performance triple inverter with
Schmitt−Trigger inputs operating from a 1.65 to 5.5 V supply.
Features
• Designed for 1.65 V to 5.5 V VCC Operation
• 2.7 ns tPD at VCC = 5 V (typ)
• Inputs/Outputs Overvoltage Tolerant up to 5.5 V
• IOFF Supports Partial Power Down Protection
• Source/Sink 24 mA at 3.0 V
• Available in US8, UDFN8 and UQFN8 Packages
• Chip Complexity < 100 FETs
• NLV Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring
Unique Site and Control Change Requirements; AEC−Q100
Qualified and PPAP Capable
• These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS
