Vishay Intertechnology’s New 850 nm Infrared Emitters Built on Unique SurfLight Surface Emitter Technology for High Drive Currents to 1 A and High Radiant Intensity to 170 mW/sr
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announces two new 850 nm infrared (IR) emitters based on our unique SurfLight surface emitter chip technology for exceptionally high current drives, radiant intensity, and optical power, while providing lower thermal resistivity. Offered in the Little Star® package, the VSMY7850X01 and VSMY7852X01 further enhance the A850 SurfLight portfolio of surface emitters.
