Overview
   SM8002C is a low-power, low-cost current mode PWM control power switch. The chip has a built-in high-voltage power transistor, adopts an optimized emitter drive method, and provides over-current protection, power-on soft start, VDD under-voltage protection and other complete protection functions to improve system reliability. The system standby power consumption is less than 0.3W@265VAC.
