Description
   The SM4007 consists of a high-voltage level-shifting scan driver (level-shifter) with the gate pulse modulator (GPM). The gate pulse modulator provides a modulated voltage synchronized with clock signal FLK1, 2. The high-voltage level-shifting scan drivers with the GPM are fitted for capacitive loads and work well with panels that contain row drivers on the panel glass. The device is optimized for thinfilm transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) applications.
