Description
   The PG520 is a high performance pHEMT MMIC Amplifier. The PG520 features are high gain, low power consumption, high power efficiency, wideband operation and high reliability. The PG520 provides stable performance over wide temperature range by integrated temperature compensation circuit. The PG520 operates from a single voltage supply and no bias resistor is required. It has integrated ESD protection diode that provides high ESD protection performance. This device is a general purpose buffer amplifier that offers high dynamic range in a low cost surface-mounted plastic SOT-363package.All devices are 100% RF and DC tested.
