GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The NCT7509 is a Nuvoton Hardware Monitor IC, contains 1 remote and 1 on-die temperature sensor and 1 fan controller with SMBusTM interface. The remote sensor is diode-connected transistor, such as 2N3904 or the thermal diode integrated in Computer Processor Units (CPU) and Graphics Processor Units (GPU). The NCT7509 also supports offset adjust register to correct the errors that casued by different thermal diodes.
