DESCRIPTION
The ILD256 is a dual channel optocoupler. Each channel consists of two infrared emitters connected in anti-parallel and coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor detector.

• Bidirectional AC Input
• Industry Standard SOIC-8 Surface Mountable Package
