Overview
    HM4082 is a linear lithium-ion/lithium polymer battery charging chip with a minimum input voltage as low as 3.6 volts and a maximum charging current of 800mA. HM4082 can be programmed to adapt to various AC adapters and USB interfaces. Battery charging is divided into constant current (CC/Constant Current) and constant voltage (CV/Constant Voltage) processes. The constant current charging current is determined by an external resistor, with a maximum of 800mA. When considering the heating problem, you can use an AC adapter with current-limiting output. Using HM4082 can take into account the advantages of linear charger and switch-type charging: fast charging and low self-consumption power.
