The 74AC/ACT11163 high-performance CMOS devices combine very high speed and high output drive comparable to the most advanced TTL families.
The 74AC/ACT1190 4-bit synchronous presettable binary counters feature an internal carry look-ahead and can be used for high-speed counting. Synchronous operation is provided by having all flip-flops clocked simultaneously on the positive-going edge of the clock.
