The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA02UID/24AA025UID (24AA02XUID*) is a 2 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM with a preprogrammed, 32-bit unique ID. The device is organized as two blocks of 128 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface.
