For bidirectional types (suffix “B”), electrical characteristics apply in both directions.

Für bidirektionale Dioden (Suffix “B”) gelten die elektrischen Werte in beiden Richtungen.

The standard tolerance of the breakdown voltage for each type is ± 5%.

Die Toleranz der Arbeitsspannung jeder Diode beträgt in der Standardausführung ± 5%.

e.g.: BZW 04-154B = bidirectional diode VWM $ 154 V at ID = 5 :A, VBR = 180 V (± 5%)

BZW 04-5.8 = unidirectional diode, VWM $ 5.8 V at ID = 1000 :A, VBR = 6.8 V (± 5%)

1) Valid, if leads are kept at ambient temperature at a distance of 10 mm from case

Gültig, wenn die Anschlußdrähte in 10 mm Abstand von Gehäuse auf Umgebungstemperatur gehalten werden
