In the DM9008 design, 2 LED applications may be used.
If 1 LED is used, it will meet the link and traffic LED driver. If
TP is link-pass, the pin outputs low for 80ms and then goes into
DM9008
ISA/Plug & Play Super Ethernet Contoller
a high impedance state for 50ms to indicate the presence of
traffic on the network.
If 2 to 4 LEDS are used, 10K must be connected to pin 67
(MD3) and pull-high.
