The I2C Read/ Write is done byte by byte. The R/ W bit is added as the LSB to the 7-bit

slave address to make up one byte to be sent through the I2C interface from the master.

Once the slave address is configured and responding correctly, the internal registers can be

accessed through I2C Interface.

The SCLK and SDATA are open drain pins and should be provided with a pull-up resistor to

VCC. The VCC can be selected based on the operating voltage of the I2C host, for example

as either 1.8 V or 3.3 V without any need for an intermediate level translator stage.
